How do I sign up for the Prepaid Card?
Sign up for your Prepaid Card by logging into your Caesars Online Casino account at and visit the Deposit Page. Click the Add New button next to the Prepaid Card funding option. You will need to input your Social Security Number and Date of Birth to complete the enrollment information. Verify your mailing information is correct on the form and click to agree to terms & conditions, and click enroll. Upon successful registration you will have the opportunity to add funds to the card immediately using a credit or debit card. Your personalized card will be mailed to your address on file within 10-14 days of funding the account.

What are the benefits to using the Prepaid Card?
The Prepaid Card provides a fast and easy way to deposit and cash out while playing online at  It is a great way to manage your money and can be used everywhere Discover® is accepted.  The Prepaid Card has a very high approval rate when loading funds and is easy to use. 

How does my Prepaid Card work?
With the Prepaid Card, there is no credit limit and no credit check. Instead, the card's spending limit is determined by the amount of money you load onto the card up to the maximum balance. For example, if you load $350, then the card will only allow you to spend up to $350 (less any applicable fees). You can use your card for purchases everywhere Discover® is accepted and at any ATM that accepts PULSE® and NYCE cards. 

How do I fund my Prepaid Card with a Credit or Debit Card?
Fund your Prepaid Card by logging on at and visit the Deposit Page.
  • Click the Fund Card button for the Prepaid Card funding option
  • Enter the credit or debit card number you wish to fund with in the appropriate field
  • Complete the security code and expiration date fields
  • Enter the amount you wish to fund to your Prepaid Card
  • Click Add Funds
  • Verify on the following screen that your funding amount is correct
  • Click Fund My Account
Important:  Please note, the address on the card you are using to fund needs to be the same as the address on file with the prepaid card. You can select to save this credit or debit card in the system to make the card information easily available for subsequent loads. Fees may apply to this funding transaction, for details please see the Terms and Conditions. 
My credit / debit card was declined when attempting to Load Funds to my Prepaid Card.
It is possible that the information that was supplied during enrollment for the Prepaid Card does not match the information on file at your Financial Institution. The card you are attempting to fund with must be the same address as the prepaid card.  Please contact your Financial Institution to confirm the information that is associated with your credit or debit card. Can I schedule a transfer frequency from my credit/debit card to my Prepaid Card?
You will have the ability to set up a credit or debit card as a funding source by logging on to and entering the necessary information to add the card to your profile for future use. However, due to the requirements of the credit and debit card processors, it will be necessary to select the credit card and input an amount to be funded for each funding transaction. 

How do I transfer funds to or from my bank account?
Transferring funds from a bank account has a process to start but, once set up, is very simple and easy to use.  You can schedule funds to transfer from your bank account to your prepaid card on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly basis.

To verify and set up bank account:
  • Login to
  • Click Load Funds- click My Bank Accounts
  • Click Bank to Card account
  • Enter bank account information- check box to accept Terms and Conditions- click Register
  • Once you have registered the bank account, 2 micro payments will be placed into your bank account.  As soon as you verify the micropayments, the bank account will be stored and ready to use to transfer funds for use.
Once bank account is registered:
  • Click Load Funds- click Bank to Card
  • Enter the account information and the amount you wish to transfer
  • Select the frequency you would like for the transfer
  • Click Transfer
  • These transfers take 5-7 days for the first transfer but scheduled transfers will arrive 5 business days from the scheduled date
How do I transfer funds from my prepaid card to my wager account?
  • Login to your online casino at and visit the Deposit Page
  • Select the Deposit button for the Prepaid Card funding option
  • Enter the dollar amount to transfer (Any value below or up to the balance on the prepaid card may be transferred to the wager account)
  • Click Continue
How do I transfer funds from my wager account to my Prepaid Card?

  • Select the Withdraw button for the Prepaid Card funding option
  • Enter the dollar amount to transfer (Any value below or up to the maximum card balance may be transferred to the prepaid account)

Can my Prepaid Card be sent to a PO Box?

No, cards must be sent to a physical address.

How do I reset/change my PIN number?
Your PIN can be reset using the IVR at 1-877-220-3988 (push 4 once card number is entered) or by logging in to  The PIN value is set to a default value, last 4 of your SSN, when you first enroll for the card but can be changed once the card is activated.

  • Enter the current PIN and the new PIN you wish it to be changed to – click Change PIN
How do I change my password?
If you have forgotten your password, select Forgot your Password on the logon screen. A temporary password will be sent to the email address on file. If you know your password and would like to change it:

  • Enter current password- enter password you wish to change to- click Change Password
How do I update my profile information? I’d like to update my address.
In order for us to make the change on the account, we will require that you scan and email or fax one of the following documents as proof of address.  Please ensure that your name and address both appear on the document for verification.  You may email to or fax to702-851-4755.  Please reference “Address Change” on the request.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Report lost or stolen cards immediately by emailing or calling 877-220-3988. Once reported, the account will be closed and a new card will be issued to you, subject to the fee as outlined in the Cardholder Fee Schedule. How do I check my Card balance?
You can check your card balance for FREE online at Or get FREE balance alerts via email or by cell phone. You can also call Customer Service at 877-220-3988 and use the automated service.
What if I don't agree with my available balance?
